Meet Our Staff
(January 2008 – Present)
Angela began as a member of Extreme Community Makeover’s founding team, helping to develop what was then an idea into a solid program model. Angela transitioned ECM into an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, while developing strategic partnerships, initiating relationships with residents and organizations in target communities, and providing leadership to thousands of volunteers. She manages all of ECM’s administrative functions, fundraising, and operations. Angela holds a master's degree in Leadership and a bachelor's degree in Social Work, and is actively involved in further nonprofit education and training. Most recently, Angela received a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University.

Kalie has been on staff with Extreme Community Makeover since 2018. She transitioned from hospitality management into the non-profit world by taking the position of Program Coordinator at ECM. Kalie brings with her a passion for supporting underserved groups and building relationships across communities. Kalie’s work at ECM includes administrative and operational support, volunteer recruitment, work day operations, and event management. She holds an associate degree in Philosophy and is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Geography. Kalie has particular interest in creating positive change for environmental injustices in the Denver community and beyond.

Rachel has been working with Extreme Community Makeover since 2016. Rachel loves to work on communications and content creation and enjoys doing that work for ECM through her company, E3 Communications Assistance. Rachel likes getting to the heart of the story and highlighting the Denver community through blogs, videos, and social media posts that spotlight local residents, volunteers, and neighborhoods, in order to shine a light on the positive stories that tell about many of the good things happening in Denver.
